- LinkedIn Profile URL: We collect your LinkedIn profile URL to evaluate your professional network and experience.
- GitHub Profile URL: We collect your GitHub profile URL to assess your coding skills, projects, and contributions.
- Other professional data you choose to provide, such as portfolio links, certifications, and desired roles.
- Profile Information (for Recruiters/Companies): Company name, industry, website, description, and contact person details.

We process and store your data to operate, maintain, and provide the Berrily Service, as well as for the purposes outlined below.
A. Processing and Storage of Resumes, LinkedIn, and GitHub URLs:
- For Candidates: When you provide your resume, LinkedIn URL, and GitHub URL, you explicitly authorize Berrily to process this data. Our platform uses advanced algorithms and potentially AI to:
- Extract and Structure Information: Convert unstructured resume data into structured fields (e.g., work experience, skills, education).
- Analyze Skills and Experience: Evaluate your skills, experience, and projects based on the content of your resume, LinkedIn profile, and GitHub activity.
- Generate Match Scores: Create compatibility scores with job requirements provided by recruiters.
- Curate Profiles: Develop a comprehensive, anonymized (initially) and curated profile on Berrily to showcase your qualifications.
- Facilitate Connections: Use this data to suggest your profile to relevant recruiters/companies.
- For Recruiters/Companies: We process candidate data to present you with relevant profiles, insights, and match scores, helping you efficiently identify potential hires.

B. General Data Processing & Usage:
- To Provide and Maintain Our Service: Including monitoring the usage of our Service.

- With Recruiters/Companies: As a core function of Berrily, candidate profiles (including anonymized initial details and, upon candidate's consent, full resumes/profiles, LinkedIn, and GitHub data) are shared with recruiters and companies seeking candidates.
- With Service Providers: We may share your data with third-party vendors to monitor and analyze the use of our Service, such as hosting providers, analytics services, customer support tools, and email communication services. These third parties are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of your information and are prohibited from using your personal data for any purpose other than providing services to Berrily.
- For Business Transfers: In connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
